AgentWatch
AgentWatch is an AI agent reliability and observability platform that wraps existing agent functions with a lightweight SDK to automatically trace inputs, outputs, latency, token usage, and cost. It computes a fleet health score per agent and across all monitored agents, using statistical change detection methods like CUSUM and EWMA to establish baselines and detect drift without manual threshold configuration. The platform provides a console for viewing agent status, health scores, delta from baseline, session trends, and drift alerts. It also forecasts when an agent is predicted to breach its SLO, with confidence levels and changepoint detection, enabling teams to address reliability degradation before users are impacted. AgentWatch is currently in early access and offered for free to waitlist users. It requires minimal setup: one SDK wrapper around the function an agent already runs, with same arguments and return value, about two minutes of work.

Problem solved
AgentWatch catches when an AI agent quietly gets worse in production, such as output quality degradation, latency increases, cost anomalies, or subtle behavioral drift, before users notice. It replaces manual threshold tuning and dashboard configuration with automatic baseline tracking and statistical drift detection.
Use cases
- Monitor AI support bots for output quality drift and alert when behavior shifts
- Track RAG pipeline health scores and forecast SLO breaches before they occur
- Observe a fleet of production agents with aggregate health scores and session trends
- Detect latency, cost, and token anomalies automatically without threshold tuning
- Wrap existing agent functions with the SDK to enable tracing in about two minutes
- Use CUSUM and EWMA changepoint detection to identify subtle reliability degradation
