Overview

All Your Inboxes is a SaaS utility that turns any collection of domain-specific email addresses into a single, easy-to-read stream. It works by connecting your existing mailboxes—such as Gmail, Outlook, Yandex, Zoho, Cloudflare, or any IMAP server—and sending a notification to the inbox you already check whenever a message arrives on any connected address. When you reply to that notification, the response is sent from the original domain address and stays in the same conversation thread, so recipients see your real domain and not a forwarding service.

Full Description ▼

The service is designed to eliminate the pain of juggling separate webmail accounts for different domains and projects. Setup takes about twenty seconds: you simply type the address you want to connect and follow the provider-specific instructions (a forwarding rule or an app password). All Your Inboxes does not require you to move your email hosting, change MX records, or touch your DNS. It automatically monitors the health of each connected mailbox, tracks sending reputation, and handles SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so that your replies land in recipients' inboxes and not spam.

Privacy and security are handled with a minimal-data approach: message content is removed from the service's servers as soon as the notification is delivered and is never shown in the dashboard. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The service offers a free tier that includes one inbox, and paid plans for businesses and agencies requiring five, twenty, or up to one hundred connected inboxes, along with advanced features such as AI-assisted replies and priority support.
