Overview

Argus is an anti-detect browser developed by Simnetiq Ltd, designed for managing and automating multiple online accounts. It allows users to create hundreds of isolated browser profiles, each with a real, unique fingerprint and per-profile proxy to prevent account linking. Argus runs as a desktop application on Windows 10/11 (x64) and macOS, with version 1.0.77 available for download.

Full Description ▼

The browser includes a launcher with a profiles table, statuses, proxy health checks, and tagging. It provides robust isolation by separating four key aspects that can link accounts: fingerprints, proxies, storage, and other identifiers. Automation capabilities include scheduled workflows, start pages, connectors, and a local API that allows external agents and tools to drive the browser.

Argus features an AI assistant that works alongside every tab, loading briefs and operating with the user's own AI keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Google Gemini) rather than a built-in model. It integrates with many AI agents and connectors such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, VS Code, and MCP clients, as well as data destinations like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Postgres, and Redis. Argus collects data into user-owned tables, enabling automated data gathering and management.
