Overview

Azrivo is an AI-powered decision-making tool that convenes specialist AI agents to debate hard choices and plan execution. It offers two modes: Debate Mode, where AI personas argue opposing perspectives, producing a decision memo with trade-offs, failure modes, and a recommendation; and Plan Mode, which turns a decision into concrete roadmaps, documents, spreadsheets, and other artifacts. The tool emphasizes that the user retains final judgment, while Azrivo does the structured thinking and first-draft work. In Debate Mode, users pose a question, and Azrivo assembles a panel of AI specialists (not real people) to argue, rebut, and synthesize a neutral verdict. The output is a detailed memo, not a simple pros/cons list. In Plan Mode, Azrivo asks clarifying questions to resolve ambiguities, weighs alternatives with reasons for rejection, seeks user approval before execution, and delivers real deliverables like research briefs, strategy documents, scoring models, diagrams, slide decks, and even working HTML prototypes. The tool is currently in private beta, invite-only, and free to use. It does not involve human consultants or a marketplace.
