Choji is an autonomous AI agent platform that transforms customer requests into shipped code by orchestrating a chain of specialized agents.

Use Cases ▼
01

Automatically turn Slack support threads into code changes

02

Convert Intercom customer questions into pull requests

03

Sync Jira/Linear/GitHub issues to autonomous ticket resolution

04

Generate draft PRs for small bug fixes and UI tweaks

05

Run automated code review on AI-generated changes

06

Reduce engineering backlog by auto-shipping low-tier tasks

What Problem It Solves ▼

Engineering teams are overwhelmed by low-tier customer requests (bug fixes, copy changes, small features) that pile up in backlogs because they require context switching and are often deprioritized. Choji automates the entire workflow from request capture to code shipping, eliminating the manual handoff between customer support and engineering and reducing resolution time from weeks to minutes.

Key Features ▼

Overview

Choji is an autonomous AI agent platform that transforms customer requests into shipped code by orchestrating a chain of specialized agents. It ingests issues from Slack threads, support tickets, and backlog items in tools like Jira, Linear, GitHub, and Intercom. The capture agent pulls in context, the context agent grounds the request in repository knowledge and team documentation, the ticket agent converts vague asks into actionable tickets, the coding agent plans and implements changes opening draft pull requests, the review agent runs automated reviews, and the reinforce agent learns from feedback to improve future executions. Choji aims to drastically reduce the time from customer ask to merged pull request, allowing engineers to focus on complex problems while low-tier fixes get shipped autonomously. It is currently in beta, offering a free tier for early access users.
