CiaoShorts
CiaoShorts is a web-based software-as-a-service tool that automatically transforms long YouTube videos into short vertical clips optimized for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels. Users paste a YouTube link, and the platform's AI analyzes the content to identify and rank the most engaging moments, then generates approximately 30-second clips ready for export. The service adds karaoke-style captions to the generated shorts and outputs them in vertical format. It is free to start with a Google sign-up, and the homepage showcases examples such as clips extracted from long videos like "I Meet MrBeast" and "World’s Largest Jello Pool." CiaoShorts is positioned as a time-saving tool for content creators and marketers who want to repurpose existing long-form content into short, attention-grabbing formats without manual editing.
