Overview

CoreBase is a platform for building and shipping governed AI agents that can access real systems without granting unlimited access. It provides scoped permissions per caller, human approval for risky actions, and full audit logging. Agents can query databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and over 50 SaaS apps via an OpenAI-compatible API or an embeddable chat widget.

Full Description ▼

Governance is central: developers sign a scoped token for each user, specifying source allowlists, rate limits, and read-only access by default; the token carries the governance, so no additional glue code is needed. CoreBase includes features like query memory that learns schemas and business terms, a zero-trust gateway that uses outbound-only connections (no inbound ports), role-based access control (RBAC), and a complete audit trail.

The platform supports both cloud and on-premises deployments: it can reach systems behind firewalls outbound-only, and enterprise/air-gapped options are available. It also integrates with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and cron, and offers a free tier to start.
