Overview

devSprint is a fully automated, synchronous code-sprint platform that organizes structured hackathons three times a day. Each sprint lasts exactly two hours, during which participants receive a theme at the start and must build and ship a project before the deadline. The platform handles theme generation, countdown, submission, judging, and certificate minting automatically, creating a repeatable and fair coding challenge experience.

Full Description ▼

The process is designed to be low-friction and fun: participants register for a sprint, join via web or Discord, and start building when the theme drops. Any tools are allowed, including AI assistants like Claude, Codex, Cursor, Google AI Studio, and Lovable. Submissions require a deployed URL, a public GitHub repository, a 60-second demo video, and a secret word to prove originality. Videos are then reviewed against a public rubric, and the top three participants receive verifiable bilingual certificates that can be shared on LinkedIn or GitHub.

devSprint also offers features for community builders: anyone can host a sprint, and the platform provides embeds, badges, and a judge portal. It archives all past sprints and winners, building a permanent gallery and leaderboard. The service is free to participate, with no commitment required beyond registration.
