Starting a new project from an idea with AI-assisted clarification

02

Reconstructing an existing messy project without deleting existing structure

03

Separating authority, responsibility, execution, and decisions in a project

04

Preserving project memory outside AI chat for continuity

05

Building a project system that another person can understand and continue

06

07

Protecting long AI conversations with preventive continuity and recoverable handoffs

What Problem It Solves ▼

Genesis addresses the problem of starting projects by over-structuring with folders, roles, and trackers before understanding what is actually being built. It replaces arbitrary templates with a needs-based, AI-assisted process that clarifies purpose, separates authority from execution, preserves memory, and maintains continuity, enabling projects to be structured, reconstructed, and evolved without unnecessary overhead.

Overview

Genesis v0.1-alpha is an experimental framework for creating, organizing, operating, and evolving human projects with AI assistance. It is distributed as a bilingual (English and Spanish) package of nine text files that users upload to a compatible AI assistant, along with a startup prompt, to begin a guided project-structuring conversation. Genesis does not impose a fixed template; instead, its Genesis Architect instructions first seek to understand the project's purpose, participants, authority, workflow, risks, memory needs, and constraints before proposing a minimal but defensible structure.
