Overview

Hezo is a platform for creating and managing hierarchical teams of AI agents that autonomously execute real work. Users can define roles such as CEO, captains, and specialist agents, then assign tasks that are automatically decomposed and delegated across the team. Agents coordinate in parallel, producing deliverables like code, documents, and reports while streaming progress in a real-time chat interface. The platform includes a Coach feature that learns from completed tasks to write durable prompt rules, improving agent performance over time. A task board shows all work in flight and history, and sensitive actions require human approval. Hezo integrates with external chat apps like Slack, Telegram, and Discord, and supports multiple AI model providers with per-agent spending caps. For data privacy, Hezo can be self-hosted as a single binary with an embedded Postgres database, giving users full ownership of their data.
