Overview

Kairos is a paid, B2C productivity SaaS that combines habit tracking, deep work sessions, journaling, and task capture in a single workspace. It is designed for people who feel overwhelmed by multiple productivity apps and want a private sanctuary for intentional living. The product is currently in early access, with a free Basic tier and paid Pro plan available through a waitlist.

Full Description ▼

Kairos uses a framework called 'The Architecture of Intent' to map long-term life goals into time buckets, identity, habits, and daily actions. Users define goals by decade, identify the identity required to achieve them, and then track habits that support that identity. A built-in deep work timer protects time for focused execution, while a universal inbox captures thoughts and tasks to reduce mental friction.

The platform includes an adaptive habit tracker with an AI coach that encourages users and scales tasks down after missed days, avoiding perfectionism. Journal entries are protected with AES encryption, and an optional WhatsApp Sync lets users log habits and capture notes conversationally. A decade planner is also planned to help users assign experiences to specific periods of life.
