Overview

Notoo is a local-first workspace that offers six free browser-based apps: an editor for notes, code, documents, and sketches; a suite of 29 PDF and image tools; a journal; a bookmark manager; a cheatsheet builder; and a screen recorder. Everything runs entirely in the user's browser using local storage (IndexedDB), so no data is uploaded to external servers by default. The apps work offline once loaded and require no account, ensuring full privacy and data ownership. Users can export all data as portable files at any time. An optional account adds cloud sync for the editor only, while the other apps remain fully local. The tools have no file-size caps, daily limits, or watermarks, and each tool is accessible via its own bookmarkable URL.
