For example, in Technical mode, it explains code and architecture; in Interview mode, it suggests responses based on a resume and job description; in Sales, it coaches on handling objections. A Power Mode combines all available contexts for the most precise responses. Observer is designed with privacy in mind: it lives on your desktop, hidden from screen sharing, and is fully undetectable by other participants. Keyboard shortcuts allow you to trigger answers or hide the assistant quickly. After the meeting, it generates a clean summary, full transcript, and preserves the AI conversation history, accessible via a dashboard. Currently available on macOS, with Windows support planned, Observer is a paid tool aimed at professionals who want to enhance their meeting effectiveness without the awkwardness of a bot joining the call.
