OpsWatch is an independent operational-outcome verification capability developed by McGill Intelligence, an early-stage Australian business.

Use Cases ▼
01

Verifying that an AI agent actually completed a task as claimed

02

Auditing automated workflow outcomes for compliance

03

Providing independent assurance for business-critical AI systems

04

Testing agentic workflows against frozen evaluation criteria

05

Detecting false verification or rejection in automated systems

06

Supporting controlled validation of AI-enabled processes without production data

What Problem It Solves ▼

OpsWatch solves the problem of trusting automated or AI-enabled workflow completion claims by independently verifying that permitted downstream evidence establishes the intended business outcome. It provides a bounded, inspectable verdict to reduce the risk of undetected failures.

Key Features ▼
✓

Independent verification from a third party

✓

Clear verdict categories with inspectable reasoning

✓

Controlled challenge model with frozen criteria

✓

No production credentials required for validation

✓

Built to be challenged, not merely demonstrated

Overview

OpsWatch is an independent operational-outcome verification capability developed by McGill Intelligence, an early-stage Australian business. It is designed to assess whether the downstream evidence available under agreed rules actually establishes the business outcome claimed by an automated or AI-enabled workflow. The tool addresses the growing need for assurance in increasingly automated environments where human oversight is limited.

Full Description ▼

The verification process follows a structured model: a workflow reports a claim, permitted evidence is gathered, the business state is tested against that evidence, and a verdict is returned. Verdicts include VERIFIED, NOT VERIFIED, INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE, and EXCEPTION, each with an inspectable reasoning boundary. This approach ensures that conclusions are transparent and bounded by the evidence provided.

OpsWatch is currently in Validation Edition, meaning it is not yet presented as a mature production platform or certification system. The focus is on external, controlled testing where one synthetic or sanitised workflow is evaluated against pre-frozen criteria. Ground truth may remain hidden until the OpsWatch result is locked, and no production credentials are required. This controlled challenge model aims to measure verdict correctness and identify false verification or rejection.
