Overview

Orilabs (ORI) is an AI-native personal assistant designed to handle tasks across a user's devices. It operates the user's computer, drives the browser, and works apps on the phone, clicking and typing autonomously. The system is built around parallel task execution: users hand ORI their whole list at once, and each task runs in the background simultaneously rather than sequentially.

Full Description ▼

ORI is self-hosted: all personal data, preferences, and learned behaviors live on the user's own machine and key, ensuring no third party holds a copy. It uses a model API key provided by the user. The assistant also adapts its own interface—users can tell ORI what they want to see, and it redesigns themes, pages, and layouts in real time, making each instance unique.

The current beta requires an invite code and is open only in the US and Canada. Users need a computer running macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel) or Windows, plus a spare Android phone. Clients are available for iOS via TestFlight and for Android; the 'ORI Brain' desktop component runs on macOS and Windows.
