Overview

Peptide Calculator is a free web-based tool designed for peptide research, providing a suite of calculators to simplify reconstitution, dosage planning, and cycle scheduling. The reconstitution calculator helps users determine the correct volume to inject by inputting peptide vial amount, bacteriostatic water volume, syringe size, and desired dose in mcg, mg, or IU. It also supports weight-based dosing with mcg/kg or mcg/lb. The dosage calculator allows users to plan entire research cycles by specifying vial size, water added, dose per injection, injections per day, cycle length, and on/off protocols. It outputs per-injection volume, total peptide needed, vials required, and vial lifespan. A cycle planner generates a visual calendar with injection dates, displaying weekly schedules and allowing start-date selection. Users can print the schedule or share it as an image, PDF, or text. Additionally, the molecular weight calculator computes the molecular weight of a peptide sequence entered via single-letter amino acid codes, showing monoisotopic mass and classification. The tool also includes a reference table with common peptides, typical dosages, and frequencies for research comparison. All results can be downloaded as image, PDF, or copied as text, and the interface is designed for ease of use with preset values and dropdowns.
