Overview

Zuvio Atlas is a unified server monitoring and alerting platform that combines metrics, uptime, cron job monitoring, log-based alerts, on-call management, and status pages into a single SaaS solution. It aims to reduce alert fatigue by requiring consensus from four probe regions before paging, distinguishing between a failed probe and a genuinely down server.

Full Description ▼

The platform uses a lightweight, non-root agent that can be installed with a single command. The agent samples CPU, RAM, disk, and Docker metrics every 60 seconds, auto-detects common services like nginx, PostgreSQL, and Redis, and batches telemetry to the Atlas cloud. It also monitors cron jobs by tracking each execution's start, finish, and exit code, detecting missed, overrun, or failed runs.

Atlas includes an AI assistant that analyzes metrics, processes, logs, and alerts to provide root-cause analysis, supporting external AI providers like Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, and Llama. It offers multi-channel alerting (Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, email, SMS, voice, push, webhook) with escalation policies and on-call rotations. Additionally, it provides white-label status pages and MSP multi-tenant support for monitoring multiple clients from a single organization.
