Chromoly
Chromoly is a no-code platform that enables business users to build custom internal tools and AI automations without a developer. Users describe their needs in plain language, and Chromoly's AI generates a structured, versioned blueprint called an AppSpec that defines all entities, workflows, integrations, and dependencies. A deterministic engine then compiles this blueprint into a working system that can be previewed in the browser. Unlike chat-based AI builders where the application structure exists only in the conversation history, Chromoly maintains a persistent, machine-readable blueprint. When business rules change, users update the blueprint, and the platform shows the blast radius of the change—marked as safe, affected, or breaking—before applying it. This ensures the system evolves safely and knowledge is not lost when team members leave. Chromoly hosts and maintains the resulting tools on managed infrastructure, including monitoring, security patches, and AI model upgrades. Every system ships with an MCP endpoint, allowing AI assistants to read, write, and operate the system directly. The platform is hosted in the EU (Supabase in Ireland), with GDPR compliance and audit logging for all AI actions.

Problem solved
Chromoly solves the problem of building and maintaining custom internal tools and AI automations without relying on developers, while avoiding the common pitfalls of AI-generated code that becomes unmaintainable or chat-based builders that lose context. It provides a structured, versioned blueprint and a deterministic engine to keep applications working as business needs change.
